Power diet for quick weight loss

There is a famous proverb that health is wealth and healthy mind lives in a healthy body.

But today most people find it difficult to lose weight and are increasingly vulnerable to blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and diabetes and the core reason for this is obesity.

In this fast paced life that we do not have much time. Around for exercise thus saving in such a situation a healthy and nutritious diet can solve the purpose.

Early Morning

Start your day with lemon juice and honey in warm water to help your body get rid of harmful acids produced in the body.

Breakfast

Choose one or two of the following options.

Egg white omelet 2+2 slices of rye bread.

Milk+Cornflakes/oat/wheat bran.

Fruit salad/Sprouts.

Vegetable poha/upma.

Skim milk cottage cheese+Brown Bread.

Pre Packed

Take black coffee before the afternoon meal this helps in increasing the metabolism.

Lunch

Boiled/Fried Chicken/Soyabean(200 grams)+Brown Rice(1/2 plate)/Chapatti(1).

Boiled Dal+salad+Brown Rice(1/2 plate)/Chapatti(1 to 2)

Take Probiotic curd(100 grams) as it helps with digestion.

Vegetable Daliya

Evening

Take some citrus fruit to satisfy hunger in the evening.

Green tea with two Marie Lite biscuit.

Boiled Channa

Dinner

Choose one or two of the following options.

Cooked soybeans Nutrela/soup+salad.

Boiled Egg White(3)+Vegetable clear soup.

Chicken or tuna salad.

Boiled Dal

Vegetable Daliya

Pre Bed time

150-200 ml of skim milk.

Note In addition to the above diet you keep the following points

  • Avoid heavy dinner, for at least 3 to 4 hours between eating and sleeping.
  • Replace cold drinks with coconut water, vegetable soup or butter milk
  • Drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water daily
  • Fibre is excellent for weight loss, so consume more of raw vegetables and fruits
  • All carbohydrates are not bad, avoid simple carbohydrates such as sugar, sweet and processed foods.
  • Do not skip meals.
  • Avoid baked goods.
  • Replace Chicken Tikka Chicken Salami.
  • Avoid water with the meal.
  • Follow the above mentioned points for 6 days a week and once a week you will find your palate with a menu of your choice, but remember not just one. Try to take the time for physical exercise at least three times per week.

    Follow the rules above and fit into your old clothes again, but do not forget, the results can vary from person to person and do not try to bully your body.
